  1. I am thinking of it as “Feel-Good February”. I feel better when I don’t drink, or drink only 1 per day. I had 2 streaks of AF days in January with a planned break in the middle of the month. It was hard for me to get back into AF mode after drinking for several days in a row. I am going to aim for at least 4 days a week AF, and allow 1-2 drinks on drinking days, but not get back into the daily drinking habit.
