It’s the last week of Dryuary! If you’ve cut back significantly this month OR if you’ve been completely AF, are you worried about reverting back? Or are you planning on it? Or….?

I am thinking of it as “Feel-Good February”. I feel better when I don’t drink, or drink only 1 per day. I had 2 streaks of AF days in January with a planned break in the middle of the month. It was hard for me to get back into AF mode after drinking for several days in a row. I am going to aim for at least 4 days a week AF, and allow 1-2 drinks on drinking days, but not get back into the daily drinking habit.
