Thanks Molly. Great brain lesson! I started a little early. I’m at day 5 today. I’ll make the maximum effort. Sorry I missed your session last night. I’ll be at the next one.
Thanks for your suggestion to commit to maximum effort for today. I have started using an index card that my husband printed with a simple grid of blocks for morning, afternoon and evening spaces. I am writing there what I want to do. It feels good to be intentional. The notes help me remember throughout the day what my tasks and intentions are. At the end of the day, I’ve got evidence of accomplishments and ways I’ve taken care of myself. Things that I didn’t do, can go on tomorrow—or not;)
